7-Day Exchange Window

We want you to love your Neesan bag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be intact.
• ◆
  Proof of purchase (Order ID or confirmation receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect:

1. Contact our WhatsApp support at +92 310 2487457 within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Provide photos/videos of the defect along with your Order ID.
3. We will arrange a complimentary pickup and replacement with zero additional shipping charges.

Exchange Process

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email neesan.pk@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
2. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item or guide you on the return dispatch.
3. Your replacement item will be dispatched within 48 hours of inspection.
